IRCTC RailOne: All-in-One app for train passengers

Now you don’t need multiple apps for booking train tickets or ordering food during your journey.

IRCTC has launched a new super app called RailOne on July 1, which brings all railway-related digital services into a single platform.

The app is available on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

The RailOne app has been developed by IRCTC in partnership with the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS).

Its main goal is to simplify the travel experience by replacing the need for various separate apps.

Earlier, passengers had to rely on apps like Rail Connect, NTES, UTS, Rail Madad, and Food on Track for different services. Now, all these features are combined in one app.

RailOne has a modern and user-friendly design, which improves the overall experience.

It offers smart features like auto-fill for Tatkal tickets, real-time train tracking, multiple payment methods, travel insurance,

and options for freelancers and B2B logistics bookings. You can also use the app for complaint redressal.

IRCTC also says the Super App will help passengers save time and phone storage, while features like real-time alerts

and personalized travel suggestions will make it an essential tool for train travelers in the future.
