Powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, it is set to be one of the most powerful Android smartphones of the year.

iQOO promises significant upgrades in thermal performance, design, and camera capabilities, making it a strong contender in the premium segment.

Design and Display: Gamer-Centric Yet Premium

The iQOO 15 introduces a refreshed design with a square camera module and a unique RGB light ring, giving it a gamer-focused but premium look.

The aluminium frame, flat front display, and sharper edges further enhance its aesthetic appeal.

The display is expected to be a highlight.

Leaks suggest the Indian version will have a 6.85-inch Samsung M14 LTPO AMOLED panel with 2K+ resolution, 144Hz refresh rate, and up to 6,000 nits peak brightness.

It will also support Ray Tracing, improving gaming visuals.

Under the hood, the iQOO 15 combines:

Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset

LPDDR5X RAM

UFS 4.1 storage

Q3 Supercomputing chip for stable frame rates during gaming

It runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, ensuring a smooth software experience.

To manage heat, it features a massive 8,000 sq mm vapor chamber, keeping the phone cool during long gaming sessions.

Battery and Charging

The device packs a 7,000mAh battery with 100W fast charging, offering both long-lasting battery life and rapid charging speeds—ideal for heavy users and gamers.

Camera Setup

iQOO 15 is expected to feature a triple 50MP camera setup:

Periscope telephoto

All three cameras are likely to have OIS support for stable shots. For selfies, there’s a 32MP front camera.

Expected Price and Positioning

While iQOO hasn’t officially revealed the price, early estimates suggest the iQOO 15 may cost around ₹59,999 in India.
