New Delhi:
Starting from August 5, three new IPOs will open. Two are from the mainboard segment, while one is from the SME segment.
Additionally, investors will have the opportunity to invest in five IPOs already open.
In total, 12 companies, including the notable OLA Electric, will debut in the stock market this week.
Newly Opened IPOs
Unicommerce eSolutions IPO: This SaaS platform, backed by Snapdeal and Softbank, will open its public issue on August 6. The price band is set at Rs 102-108 per share, with a lot size of 138 shares.
The company aims to raise Rs 276.57 crore, and the IPO will close on August 8. The shares will be listed on BSE and NSE on August 13.
Brainbees Solutions (Firstcry) IPO: Firstcry’s IPO, worth Rs 4,193.73 crore, will open on August 6 and close on August 8.
The price band is Rs 440-465 per share, with a lot size of 32 shares. The shares will be listed on BSE and NSE on August 13.
Aesthetik Engineers IPO: This IPO will open on August 8 and close on August 12. The price band is Rs 55-58 per share, with a lot size of 2000 shares.
The company aims to raise Rs 26.47 crore, and the shares will be listed on NSE SME on August 16.
Already Open IPOs
1) Ceigall India IPO
Opened on August 1, this IPO, worth Rs 1,252.66 crore, will close on August 5. The price band is Rs 380-401 per share, with a lot size of 37 shares. The shares will be listed on BSE and NSE on August 8.
2) Dhariwalcorp IPO
Also opened on August 1 and closing on August 5, this IPO aims to raise Rs 25.15 crore. The price band is Rs 102-106 per share, with a lot size of 1200 shares. The shares will be listed on NSE SME on August 8.
3) OLA Electric IPO
Opened on August 2, this IPO, worth Rs 6,145.56 crore, will close on August 6. The price band is Rs 72-76 per share, with a lot size of 195 shares. The shares will be listed on BSE and NSE on August 9.
4) Picture Post Studios IPO
Also opened on August 2 and closing on August 6, this IPO aims to raise Rs 18.72 crore. The price band is Rs 22-24 per share, with a lot size of 6000 shares. The shares will be listed on NSE SME on August 9.
5) Afcom Holdings IPO
Opened on August 2 and closing on August 6, this IPO aims to raise Rs 73.83 crore. The price band is Rs 102-108 per share, with a lot size of 1200 shares. The shares will be listed on BSE SME on August 9.
Upcoming Listings
On August 6, Bulkcorp International, Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global, Ashapura Logistics, Rajputana Industries will be listed on NSE SME, and Kizi Apparels on BSE SME. Akums Drugs and Pharmaceuticals will be listed on BSE and NSE.
On August 7, Utssav Cz Gold Jewels will be listed on NSE SME. On August 8, Ceigall India and Dhariwalcorp IPO shares will be listed on BSE and NSE and NSE SME respectively.
On August 9, OLA Electric will debut on BSE and NSE, Picture Post Studios on NSE SME, and Afcom Holdings on BSE SME.
