IPO This Week: Only One New Issue; 9 Companies Including Scoda Tubes to Be Listed

The primary market will remain quiet in the week starting June 2. The reason is that only one new IPO is opening this week, and it belongs to the SME segment.

Apart from that, an SME IPO already open will continue into the new week.

However, 9 companies are set to debut on the stock exchanges this week, with 4 of them from the mainboard segment. Here are the details about the new IPO and upcoming listings.

New IPO

Ganga Bath Fittings IPO:

This IPO worth ₹32.65 crore will open on June 4 and remain open till June 6. The price band is set at ₹46–₹49 per share, and investors can apply in lots of 3,000 shares.

The company will issue 66.63 lakh fresh shares. The allotment is expected to be finalized on June 9, and the shares will be listed on NSE SME on June 11.

Ongoing IPO

3B Films IPO:

This public issue opened on May 30 and will close on June 3. The company aims to raise ₹33.75 crore.

It includes an offer for sale of 31.98 lakh shares worth ₹15.99 crore, along with 35.52 lakh fresh shares worth ₹17.76 crore.

The IPO is priced at ₹50 per share, and bids can be placed in lots of 3,000 shares. As of now, the issue has been subscribed 0.86 times.

The allotment may be finalized on June 4, and the shares are expected to list on BSE SME on June 6.

Here is the schedule of companies set to list in the new week:

June 2: Leela Hotels and Aegis Vopak Terminals will debut on the BSE and NSE (mainboard segment).

June 3:

Prostarm Info Systems will be listed on BSE and NSE (mainboard).

Nikita Papers and Blue Water Logistics will be listed on NSE SME.

Astona Labs will be listed on BSE SME.

June 4:

Scoda Tubes will be listed on BSE and NSE (mainboard).

NR Vandana Textile and Neptune Petrochemicals will be listed on NSE SME.
