Apple is all set to launch its latest iPhone 16 series, which includes the iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max.
The event, called “It’s Glowtime,” will take place on September 9. Along with the new iPhones, Apple may also introduce the Apple Watch Series 10, Watch SE 3, Watch Ultra 3, and new AirPods 4.

The iPhone 16 series will be launched on September 9, with simultaneous events in India, the US, and Dubai. The event will start at 10:00 am PT in the US, 10:30 pm IST in India, and 9:00 pm in the UAE.

iPhone 16 Pre-Booking and Pricing
The iPhone 16 series is expected to be available for pre-booking on the day of its launch, with sales starting around September 19 or 20.
The iPhone 16 and 16 Plus may keep the same prices as the older models, starting at ₹79,900 and ₹89,900, respectively.
However, the Pro models are expected to see a price increase of ₹10,000, with the iPhone 16 Pro starting at ₹1,34,900 and the iPhone 16 Pro Max at ₹1,59,900.
Expected Features of iPhone 16
Apple is expected to make several design updates in the iPhone 16 series. All models might have a new capture button and a glossy titanium finish, which offers a sleeker look and better scratch resistance.
The iPhone 16 Pro models are likely to have larger screens, with the iPhone 16 Pro featuring a 6.3-inch screen and the Pro Max a 6.9-inch screen.
The Pro models are also rumoured to have a 48MP ultra-wide camera and a new tetraprism 5x optical zoom lens for enhanced photography.
The standard models may feature a new vertical camera layout, allowing for spatial video recording.
The battery capacities are expected to be 3,561mAh for iPhone 16, 4,006mAh for iPhone 16 Plus, 3,577mAh for iPhone 16 Pro, and 4,676mAh for iPhone 16 Pro Max.
The Pro models may support 40W wired charging and 20W MagSafe wireless charging, with stacked battery technology for increased capacity and longer battery life.
