Zelo Electric, a startup in the electric two-wheeler market, has launched the Knight+, which is currently the cheapest electric scooter in India. It comes at an introductory ex-showroom price of ₹59,990.

Knight+ Features and Specifications
The Knight+ comes with a 1.8kWh portable LFP battery that offers a claimed real-world range of 100 km and ensures better safety and thermal stability.
It is powered by a 1.5kW motor and has a top speed of 55 km/h.
To make electric scooters easier to own and use, Zelo Electric has included many first-in-segment features in the Knight+.
Key features include:
Hill Hold Control for better control on slopes
Cruise Control for relaxed highway riding
Follow-Me-Home Headlamps for visibility in dark parking spots
A USB charging port
A removable battery that can be charged at home
The scooter comes in six colours – glossy white, glossy black, and four dual-tone options like matte blue with white and matte yellow with white.
Zelo Electric’s current lineup includes four models – three low-speed scooters (Zoop, Knight, and Zaeden) and one high-speed model (Zaeden+) registered with the RTO.
Pre-bookings for the Knight+ are now open at Zelo Electric showrooms across India.
Deliveries are scheduled to start from August 20, 2025.
