But there’s a condition:

Albania – Stay up to 90 days in 180 days. U.S. visa must have been used once.
Argentina – Apply for Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). Stay up to 90 days. U.S. B2 visa must be previously used.
Bahamas – Stay up to 90 days. U.S. visa must have been used to enter the U.S..
Belize – Stay up to 30 days with a valid multiple-entry U.S. visa or Green Card.
Chile – Stay up to 90 days with a multiple-entry U.S. visa valid for at least 6 months.
Colombia – Stay up to 90 days with a U.S. visa or residence permit valid for at least 180 days.
Dominican Republic – Stay up to 30 days with a valid U.S. visa or U.S. residence permit (Tourist card issued on arrival).
Georgia – Stay up to 90 days in 180 days with a valid U.S. visa or residence permit.

North Macedonia – Stay up to 15 days. U.S. visa must be multiple-entry and valid beyond your stay.
Panama – Stay up to 30 days. U.S. visa must have been used once and valid for 6 months. Proof of $500 in funds and return ticket required.
Peru – Stay up to 180 days in a year with a U.S. visa valid for at least 6 months at the time of entry.
Philippines – Stay up to 30 days with a valid U.S. visa or residence permit. Also requires return ticket, hotel/accommodation, and financial proof.
Serbia – Stay up to 90 days in 180 days with a valid, used multiple-entry U.S. visa.
