According to sources in the Railway Ministry, the issue of waiting tickets is expected to be resolved by the year 2031-32.

Development of a Super App

Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has revealed plans to develop a comprehensive super app for the railways.

The app will provide details on train routes, reservation status, and will facilitate both reserved and unreserved ticket bookings.
