Due to this, the Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rain in Kerala on February 7, 8, and 9.

Tamil Nadu also experienced good rainfall during the monsoon season, with several areas receiving heavy showers. The rains have not completely stopped in the state yet.

The weather across India is expected to show a different pattern in the coming days. According to the India Meteorological Department, heavy rainfall may occur in many places in Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh on February 7, 8, and 9.
Apart from these, heavy rain alerts have also been issued for Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Lakshadweep, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Puducherry, Rayalaseema, Karaikal, and Mahe for the same dates.
