Although power output details have not been disclosed, it is expected to generate around 83 horsepower and 114 Newton meters of torque. The SUV will also be offered in CNG variants.
The engine will be paired with a 5-speed manual and automatic gearbox.

In terms of competition, the Exter will mainly rival models like the Tata Punch, Renault Kiger, and Nissan Magnite.
Hyundai Exter – Affordable Pricing Options
It is too early to determine the exact price of the Exter, but it is expected to be the most affordable SUV in Hyundai’s lineup. Currently, the Hyundai Venue holds that position, with prices starting from Rs. 7.72 lakhs.
