Hyundai India has expanded its offerings ahead of the festive season by introducing a new E Plus variant for its popular Venue SUV.
Priced at Rs 8.23 lakh (ex-showroom), this new variant sits above the entry-level E model and costs approximately Rs 29,000 more.
The standard features of the Venue include front power windows, manual air conditioning, manual day-night IRVM,
tilt-adjustable steering, central locking, Isofix child seats, dual airbags, and ABS with EBD. It is equipped with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
Additional Features in the Venue E Plus Variant
The E Plus variant comes with extra features like an electric sunroof, digital instrument panel, two-step recline function for the rear seats, 60:40 split rear seats,
adjustable front and rear headrests, and a day and night adjustable IRVM.
It also includes safety features like 6 airbags, 3-point seat belts for all passengers, hill-start assist control, and electronic stability control.
Engine Options and Upcoming New Generation Venue
The current Hyundai Venue offers three engine choices: a 1.2L petrol engine with 83bhp, a 1.0L turbo petrol engine with 120bhp, and a 1.5L diesel engine with 100bhp.
Transmission options include a 5-speed manual for the 1.2L petrol, a 6-speed manual for the diesel, and iMT or 7-speed DCT automatic for the turbo-petrol variant.
Looking ahead, Hyundai plans to release a new generation of the Venue by October 2025.
The next-generation Venue will be produced at Hyundai’s new Talegaon plant, with many design and feature updates expected.
The company’s new-generation Grand i10 Nios is also expected to launch in late 2027.
