Are you tired of living in a rented house and want to buy your own?
Besides the Central Government’s PM Housing Scheme-Urban, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) offers a special scheme called Apna Ghar Housing Scheme 2025, launched in May.
Under this scheme, about 7,500 flats are available at affordable prices in three locations across Delhi.
Buyers can get up to a 25% discount on these flats. The last date to apply has recently been extended.
Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena officially launched the scheme.
It operates on a first come, first serve basis.
The flats available include 564 LIG flats in Sirsapur, 150 LIG and 96 MIG flats in Loknayakpuram, and EWS, MIG, and HIG flats in Narela.
These flats are being booked quickly.
The last date for booking flats with a discount was 26 August but has now been extended to 26 November.
Additionally, 152 more flats have been added, with booking for them starting from 5 September.
