Honda is offering significant discounts on various models this month, including the Elevate SUV, City sedan (including the hybride), and Amaze compact sedan.
The discounts include cash offers, loyalty and exchange benefits, and corporate schemes.
Honda City
The City Elegant Edition, launched last festive season, has a maximum discount of Rs 1.15 lakh.
Updated in April with new safety features like six airbags, the City variants now have discounts up to Rs 78,000. Models manufactured before April 1 offer benefits up to Rs 88,000.
The City comes in four variants, all with a 121hp, 1.4-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine.
All but the entry-level City SV have a CVT option besides the manual gearbox. It competes with the Maruti Ciaz, Hyundai Verna, Volkswagen Virtus, and Skoda Slavia.
Honda Amaze
The Honda Amaze Elite Edition offers a maximum benefit of up to Rs 1.06 lakh, which is Rs 10,000 more than last month.
The entry-level E variant has a benefit of up to Rs 66,000, while the S and VX trims offer up to Rs 76,000.
This sedan, which rivals the Maruti Dzire and Hyundai Aura, features a 90hp, 1.2-liter petrol engine with manual and CVT auto options.
Recently tested by Global NCAP, it received a 2-star rating. A new Amaze model is expected later this year.
Honda City Hybrid
The Honda City continues with the same benefit as last month, offering a Rs 65,000 cash discount.
Priced at Rs 19 lakh, this hybrid sedan has no direct rivals and features a 1.5-litre petrol engine paired with two electric motors and an e-CVT gearbox.
Honda Elevate
Honda’s newest model, the Elevate SUV, continues with benefits from last month. The lower-spec V trim and top-spec ZX variant offer discounts up to Rs 55,000, while the entry-level SV and mid-spec VX variant offer Rs 45,000 discounts.
The Elevate competes with the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara, and Skoda Kushaq.
