HDFC Bank UPI Services will be Down on November 15

HDFC Bank, the largest private sector bank in India, serves millions of account holders through its branches and ATMs.

If you are an HDFC Bank customer, there is an important update: UPI services will be temporarily unavailable on Saturday, November 15th.

The downtime will last 90 minutes, from 12 AM to 1:30 AM.

This will affect:

HDFC Bank savings and current account holders

HDFC Mobile Banking app users linked to UPI

Merchant accounts using HDFC Bank’s UPI services

Reason for UPI Downtime

The bank has scheduled this downtime for system maintenance.

During this period, updates will be made to ensure that HDFC Bank’s UPI services remain secure and uninterrupted.

Customers may face temporary inconvenience, but the maintenance has been planned during non-peak hours to minimize impact.

Other Services Remain Functional

Even during the UPI downtime, some services will still be available:

Cash withdrawals using debit cards

NEFT and RTGS transfers

Other banking services via branches or online platforms

HDFC Bank advises customers to complete UPI transactions before or after the scheduled downtime to avoid disruption.
