HDFC Bank is updating its lounge access policy for Tata Neu Infinity and Tata Neu Plus credit cardholders.
Starting June 10, 2025, cardholders will no longer get direct access to airport lounges by swiping the card. Instead, they will receive lounge vouchers based on quarterly spending.
Voucher Eligibility
Spend Rs 50,000 in a quarter to qualify for lounge access.
Lounge Voucher Benefits
Tata Neu Infinity Credit Card: 2 free domestic lounge vouchers per quarter (8 per year).
Tata Neu Plus Credit Card: 1 free domestic lounge voucher per quarter (4 per year).
After meeting the spending requirement, cardholders will be notified via SMS and email.
They can claim the voucher through a provided link and must log in with their bank-registered mobile number.
The voucher must be claimed within 120 days and used within 180 days from issuance.
How to Check Eligibility and Status
From June 10, 2025, customers can check their eligibility and spending status via HDFC NetBanking or the MobileBanking App:
Go to the Credit Card section.
Select your Tata Neu card.
Click on “Redeem Reward Points.”
View “MyReward Spend Promo Details” for eligibility.
Only purchases made with a new or reissued card will count toward eligibility if your card is upgraded, lost, or reissued.
Existing Benefits (Until June 9, 2025)
Tata Neu Infinity cardholders: 8 free domestic lounge accesses per year (2 per quarter).
Tata Neu Plus cardholders: 4 free domestic lounge accesses per year (1 per quarter).
This benefit applies to both VISA and RuPay cards, with a fee of Rs 2 per entry after June 9, 2025.
Changes in International Lounge Access
From June 1, 2025, Tata Neu Infinity VISA cardholders can request a Priority Pass for international lounge access. T
his pass allows 4 free international visits per year (1 per quarter). After that, a fee of USD 27 + GST will apply per visit, including for guest visits through Priority Pass.
