GST Cut on Two-Wheelers Under 350cc
With the new GST rules taking effect from September 22, scooters and motorcycles up to 350cc will now cost less, while those above 350cc may become more expensive.
The GST on small bikes has been reduced from 28% to 18%, a 10% cut that will directly impact their final prices.
New Price of Hero HF Deluxe After GST Reduction
The Hero HF Deluxe has a 97.2cc engine, well below the 350cc limit. So, this bike qualifies for the 10% GST reduction.
Its current ex-showroom price is ₹65,808. After applying the reduced GST, the new price becomes ₹59,227. That means, if you buy the HF Deluxe now, you will save ₹6,581.
Hero HF Deluxe Engine and Features
The Hero HF Deluxe comes with a 97.2cc air-cooled, 4-stroke, single-cylinder engine using OHC technology.
It is paired with a 4-speed gearbox, offering smooth gear shifting for daily commuting. This commuter bike has a fuel tank capacity of 9.6 liters, and on a full tank, it can run up to 700 kilometers.
Recently, Hero also launched the HF Deluxe Pro with several upgraded features.
It includes i3S technology, which helps in saving fuel by automatically switching off the engine at traffic stops and restarting it when needed.
