Earlier, the authority had constructed around 350 flats in this sector.
Some were already allotted, and the remaining vacant flats are now being offered under this new scheme.

Each flat has a carpet area of 83.38 square meters and a super area of 104.70 square meters.

Payment Options and Allotment Process
Buyers can apply online through the official e-tender portal.
These are fully constructed flats, and possession will be given soon after allotment and completion of the lease deed process.
There are two payment options available:
Lump sum payment, which will be given priority
Installment option, where the amount can be paid in four installments over two years
