All officials and staff under the ministry must now work with Zoho’s tools.

The Zoho Office Suite has been seamlessly integrated with NIC mail, which means staff can access it directly without separate logins or extra installations.
This will allow easier collaboration, secure document handling, and smoother workflows across different government departments.

The directive has been officially signed by Nishant Upadhyaya, Under Secretary to the Government of India, and circulated to senior officials, including secretaries to the Education Minister and Ministers of State.
