Google Pixel 9 Series launched in India with Tensor G4 Chipset (See Price & Features)

Google has introduced its latest smartphone series, the Pixel 9. This series includes models like the Google Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, and Pixel 9 Pro XL.

Additionally, these smartphones differ in display size and come equipped with AI features. The smartphones come with the latest Android 14 operating system right out of the box.

Google has also opened three service centers in the country for smartphone repairs, located in Delhi, Bangalore, and Mumbai.

The Google Pixel 9 Pro weighs 199 grams, while the Google Pixel 9 XL weighs 221 grams.

The Pixel 9 Pro features a 6.3-inch LTPO OLED Super Octa display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3000 nits.

Both the Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 XL come with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection and have an IP68 rating.

The Pixel 9 XL has a larger 6.8-inch LTPO OLED Super Octa display, also with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3000 nits.

The Google Pixel 9 Pro and 9 Pro XL feature a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 48-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera, and a 48-megapixel telephoto lens with 5x zoom. For selfies, both smartphones have a 42-megapixel front camera.

The Google Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9 XL are equipped with the Tensor G4 processor.

Both models come with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. Additionally, they will be among the first to receive the Android 15 update.

The company has priced the Google Pixel 9 at Rs 79,999. Pre-booking for these smartphones will begin on August 14. They can also be purchased from Flipkart, Reliance Digital, and Croma.
