Gold prices fell again on Friday, October 24th.
In Delhi, 24-carat gold is now ₹1,26,020 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold is ₹1,14,790 per 10 grams.

However, after Diwali, they have started to fall.
Falling global gold prices are also contributing to the decline.

Why Gold Prices Are Falling
Gold prices have dropped around 3% globally this week.
The spot price in Singapore is trading at $4,111.40 per ounce, down 0.4%.
The main reasons for the decline:
Strengthening of the US dollar
Easing trade tensions between the US and China
Profit booking by investors
Earlier this week, gold reached a peak of $4,381.21 per ounce and has risen by 56% in 2025 so far.
Silver Prices Also Declining
Like gold, silver prices are falling too.
Currently, silver costs ₹1,58,900 per kilogram.
Before Diwali, silver was reaching record highs, with demand even exceeding gold on Dhanteras.
Globally, silver is expected to record a 6% decline in a week.
