How to Get a Learner Driving Licence Online

  1. Visit the Official Website:
    Go to the official PARIVAHAN SEWA portal: parivahan.gov.in

  2. Click on the Online Test Option:
    From the homepage, click on the option for the Online Learner Licence Test.

  3. Go to the Sarathi Portal:
    You’ll be redirected to a new portal. Now click on Sarathi and select your state from the list.

  4. Apply for Learner Licence:
    Click on “Apply for Learner Licence” from the available options.

  5. Use Aadhaar Option:
    Choose the “Applicant with Aadhaar” option.

  6. Verify with OTP:
    Enter your Aadhaar number or Virtual ID, and then enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.

  7. Fill in Details:
    Now fill in your name, address, and other personal details as shown on the screen.

  8. Upload Documents:
    You will need to upload the following:

    • Proof of Address

    • Proof of Identity

    • Proof of Age

  9. Pay the Fees:
    After uploading all documents, pay the application fee online.

  10. Get Application Number:

  1. Visit the Sarathi Website:
    Go to sarathi.parivahan.gov.in or your state’s transport department website.

  3. Choose Online Test Option:
    Under the “Learner’s Licence” section, click on “Online Learner’s Licence Test (STALL)”.

  4. Login to the Portal:
    Enter your Application Number, Date of Birth, and Password (sent via SMS), then log in.

  5. Take the Test:
    Once logged in, start the online test by following the instructions.

  6. Download Licence:
