After 14 years, the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has launched a new residential plot scheme called Nandgram Bhukhandiya Yojana.
The brochure for the scheme was officially released by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
Senior officials were present at the launch, marking it as a major housing initiative for the city.
The scheme will be developed in Noor Nagar and Nandgram, two fast-growing areas of Ghaziabad near Delhi.
Plot Sizes and Prices: What You Need to Know
The scheme is designed mainly for middle- and high-income groups.
Here are the key details:
Plot size: From 60 square metres to 221 square metres
Rate: ₹79,000 per square metre
This gives buyers flexibility depending on their budget and space requirements.
With land prices rising steadily in NCR, this launch has created strong interest among potential buyers.
Online Application and Easy Payment Option
To make the process transparent, GDA has made the entire application system digital.

Offline forms will not be accepted
At the time of registration:
General category applicants must deposit 10% of the total plot cost
Reserved category applicants need to deposit 5%
After allotment, the remaining amount can be paid in 8 quarterly instalments with 10% annual interest.
All plots will be allotted through an e-lottery system to ensure fairness and prevent irregularities.
Successful applicants will get possession within 36 months after completing payment and registration.
