Flipkart has announced a 105% company performance bonus for 2025, giving employees a reason to celebrate.

Strong Performance Drives Big Bonuses

The bonus multiplier is based on multiple factors: business growth, operational efficiency, financial results, and employee metrics.

Flipkart cited steady momentum and progress toward sustainable profitability as key reasons for this reward.

Around 20,000 employees are expected to benefit.

Employees at SD level and below will receive their payouts in March, while Vice Presidents (VPs) and Senior VPs (SVPs) will get theirs after the 2025 performance cycle ends.

The announcement comes shortly after the company laid off about 300 employees during its annual performance review.
