How to apply for the scheme?
Farmers who want to apply can visit their nearest Common Service Center (CSC) and fill out the form.
They need to bring their Aadhaar card, bank passbook, land documents, and a passport-size photo. If they prefer to apply online, they can visit the website maandhan.in and register there.
Benefits for the family too
If a farmer who is part of the scheme dies, then his wife or husband will receive a monthly pension of ₹1,500.
