These institutions have issued official notices, and the auctions will take place across many states from December 2025 to January 2026.
PNB’s Bumper E-Auction in December 2025 and January 2026
Punjab National Bank (PNB) has announced several e-auctions during this period.
The Bathinda branch will conduct an auction on December 30, 2025, which includes commercial shops, residential houses, and plots in Moga, Fazilka, Faridkot, Mansa, and Ferozepur districts of Punjab.
PNB’s Agra circle will hold auctions on December 30, 2025, offering flats, houses, commercial properties, and plots in cities like Agra, Aligarh, Etah, Mathura, Etawah, Mainpuri, and Kannauj.
The Kashmere Gate branch in Delhi will auction properties on January 12, 2026, and the Bhimrao Ambedkar College branch will auction properties in Delhi and Ghaziabad on the same day.
A long list of properties from various banks and finance institutions — including Jana Small Finance Bank, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, Union Bank of India, HDFC Bank, LIC Housing Finance, Mahindra Finance, Hinduja Housing Finance, Poonawalla Fincorp, Cholamandalam, IIFL Home Finance and others — is included in these auctions.
These properties include residential plots, commercial shops, houses, agricultural land, flats, machinery, plant units, and vehicles. Details include city/district, reserve prices, plot sizes, and special notes.
Major E-Auctions by Kotak, Axis, ICICI, HDFC and Union Bank
Several big financial institutions are also conducting their auctions:
Kotak Mahindra Bank will auction a high-value residential property in Chandigarh on December 31, 2025, with a reserve price of over ₹5.10 crore.
Jana Small Finance Bank is selling multiple plots and land parcels in Agra, Kanpur, and Chandauli.
Axis Bank will auction residential and commercial properties in Firozabad and Etawah.
ICICI Bank will auction a shop in Saharanpur and a plot in Moradabad on January 17, 2026.
HDFC Bank is auctioning many residential and commercial properties in Dehradun, Haridwar, and Udham Singh Nagar.
Union Bank of India will auction a Tata Punch (four-wheeler) in Rohtak and a freehold property in Rohini, Delhi.

UCO Bank is selling multiple properties in Saharanpur, Bulandshahr, Mathura, and Meerut through auctions scheduled for December 29, 2025.
Aditya Birla Capital will auction properties in Jhajjar, Yamunanagar, Unnao, Firozabad, Lucknow, and Jhansi.
