Former U.S. President Donald Trump’s company, Trump Organization, officially launched a new smartphone — Trump Mobile — on 16 June 2025.
This Made in America phone aims to offer customers an alternative telecom service with better quality and support.
According to Reuters, the price of the phone has been set at $499 (approximately ₹42,929).
Made and Serviced in the USA
The Trump Organization announced that both the manufacturing and customer support for Trump Mobile will be based entirely in the United States. In the official statement, Donald Trump Jr. said,
“Trump Mobile is going to change things. We’re focused on the America First initiative. Our company is U.S.-based because we know our customers want and deserve the best service and quality.”
Trump Mobile’s Monthly Plan
As per the official website, Trump Mobile is offering a plan called “The 47 Plan” at a monthly price of $47.45 (around ₹4,082). This includes:
Unlimited calls, texts, and mobile data (with 20GB at high speed)
International calling to 100 countries
No contracts, users can cancel anytime
No credit check required for getting a SIM card
Option to use your own phone with a Trump Mobile SIM
Roadside assistance through a partner service called Drive America
Golden Trump T1 Phone Coming in August
In August, the company will launch a new gold-colored smartphone called the T1 Phone, which is also designed, developed, and built in the U.S. According to the Trump Organization,
“The T1 is a sleek, performance-driven smartphone for American customers who expect the best from their mobile carrier.”
Why This Is a Big Deal
According to agency reports, over 60 million smartphones are sold in the U.S. every year.
But most of them are made outside the country — in China, India, Vietnam, and South Korea. Making phones in the U.S. is considered challenging due to:

Complex supply chains
Dependence on imported components
Trump Mobile is attempting to overcome these challenges with a 100% U.S.-made smartphone and service.
