Under the Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana (People’s Housing Scheme), you can buy a flat for as low as ₹11.8 lakh.
This scheme is online-based and works on a first-come, first-served basis.
It is designed specifically for the EWS (Economically Weaker Section) and LIG (Low Income Group) categories.
Flats Available Across Different Areas
Here’s a breakdown of flats you can book under the scheme:
Narela: 1,120 EWS flats priced ₹11.8–11.9 lakh, available at a 15% discount.
Rohini (Sectors 34 & 35): 308 LIG flats priced ₹14 lakh.
Ramgarh Colony: 73 LIG flats priced ₹13.1–14.5 lakh.
Shivaji Marg: 36 EWS flats priced ₹25.2–32.7 lakh (more expensive due to the premium location).
How to Apply
Visit the DDA website: https://eservices.dda.org.in
Pay ₹2,500 for registration.
Check available flats and areas online.
Select the flat and pay the booking amount within 15 minutes:
EWS flats: ₹50,000
LIG flats: ₹1 lakh
You’ll get an allotment letter from DDA. The remaining balance must be paid within 60 days.

Must be 18 years or older
Must have a PAN card
Must not own any property in Delhi
For EWS flats, total annual income should be less than ₹10 lakh
