The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has introduced a special housing scheme called the Karmayogi Housing Scheme for serving and retired government employees across India.
Under this scheme, 1,168 flats will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The main aim of this initiative is to help government employees buy homes in Delhi at discounted prices.
Eligible applicants who are interested in owning a home in Delhi can apply once the registration process begins.
Eligibility and Key Benefits
A major highlight of this scheme is a 25% discount on the price of flats for eligible applicants. The scheme is open to:
Serving and retired employees of the Central Government
State Government employees
Employees of Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)
Staff from local bodies and autonomous institutions
Employees from Delhi Police, Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), CISF, CRPF, Delhi Government, and other state governments are also eligible. Registration will be done online through the official DDA website.

The starting prices of flats under the scheme after applying the 25% discount are:
1 BHK: ₹34.03 lakh
2 BHK: ₹79.81 lakh
3 BHK: ₹114.57 lakh

All 1,168 flats have been developed as a special government group housing society in Sectors A-1 to A-4, Pocket 9, Narela. The society has been designed keeping in mind the lifestyle and needs of government employees.
