DDA Offers 15% Discount on New affordable Flats in Delhi

There’s good news for people dreaming of owning a home in Delhi.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the second phase of the DDA Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana 2025.

After the success of the first phase, the second phase aims to provide 1,537 additional flats.

This time, the DDA has also included the Low Income Group (LIG) category in the scheme, in addition to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS).

The initiative is designed to help more people from lower income groups achieve their dream of owning a home.

Registration and Fees Details

The second phase will launch on Friday, November 7, 2025, and registrations will open at 12 noon. Interested applicants can register through the official DDA portal.

New applicants must pay a one-time registration fee of ₹2,500.

Previously registered applicants don’t need to register again and won’t be charged any additional fee.

Booking Amount and Discounts

The DDA has set the booking amount at:

₹1 lakh for LIG flats

₹50,000 for EWS flats

Prices may differ depending on the location of the flats. The DDA is also offering a 15% discount on LIG flats in Ramgarh Colony and EWS flats in Narela.

The first phase of the scheme was a major success, with all flats booked on the very first day.

With this second phase, the DDA continues its efforts to make affordable housing in Delhi a reality for all.
