There is good news for people who dream of owning a home in Delhi. At a time when property prices are rising, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has introduced the Janta Awas Yojana-2025.
This affordable housing scheme is mainly for the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).
An important highlight of this scheme is that the flats are located close to metro stations and major roads, which makes them more convenient and valuable.
Number of Flats and Locations
Under this DDA housing scheme, a total of 144 flats are being offered.
62 flats are located near Dwarka Mor Metro Station
82 flats are situated on Chhattarpur Main Road
All these flats fall under the EWS category and were built for DDA by private builders. The allotment of flats will be done through a fully transparent, computerized draw of lots.
