DDA launches Flats in Delhi’s tallest Residential Tower

A new opportunity for real estate investment has opened in Delhi.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced over 1,000 flats in a 48-story tower, set to be the tallest residential building in the capital at 155 meters.

This project is part of the East Delhi Hub, a modern township spread across 30 hectares featuring residential, commercial, and civic spaces, designed to create a sustainable and vibrant community.

The foundation stone was laid by Union Home Minister Amit Shah in December 2019.

Although there were some delays due to forest clearances and water/sewer licenses, the project is now progressing under NBCC, with Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited handling construction.

The township will also include a 20,000-square-meter green area, jogging tracks, and recreational spaces.

Location and Connectivity

DDA Towering Heights is located near the Karkardooma Interchange Metro Station, connecting directly to the Blue and Pink Lines.

Residents will also benefit from easy road access to NH-9, NH-24, and nearby Anand Vihar Railway Station and ISBT, making it a prime spot for both living and investment.
