The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched the Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana – 2025 starting today.
Under this scheme, a total of 1,172 flats are available for booking on a first-come, first-served basis.
These include EWS (Economically Weaker Section) flats and Janta flats.
According to DDA, the following flats are available:
- 672 EWS flats in Narela
- 108 EWS flats in Loknayakpuram
These flats are offered at a 15% discount, bringing their prices down to approximately ₹9.18 lakh to ₹32.62 lakh.
Other available EWS flats include:
- 241 flats in Dwarka Sector-14
- 3 flats in Dwarka Sector-19B
- 48 flats in Manglapuri, Dwarka
After the 15% discount, prices for these will range from ₹26.77 lakh to ₹35.32 lakh.
For Janta flats:
- 97 flats are available in Rohini
- 3 flats in Todapur
Discounted prices for these are between ₹14.59 lakh and ₹18.43 lakh.
Eligibility, Registration & Booking Details
To apply under the EWS category, the applicant’s annual household income should not exceed ₹10 lakh.
- Registration starts from: September 11
- Flat booking begins from: September 22
- Last date of the scheme: December 21
- Registration fee: ₹2,500 (one-time)
If you are already registered on the Aawas portal, you don’t need to register again.
