If you are planning to buy a home in Delhi, 2026 could be the right year.
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched its Premium Housing Scheme 2026, offering a wide range of flats in prime areas of the capital.
The scheme was announced on the occasion of Makar Sankranti and includes 582 properties that will be sold through an online e-auction.
This scheme is designed to meet the housing needs of different income groups, from high-income buyers to affordable home seekers, all within well-developed and secure locations in Delhi.
Who Can Benefit from This Scheme?
The DDA Premium Housing Scheme 2026 covers all major income categories.
High Income Group (HIG), Middle Income Group (MIG), Low Income Group (LIG), and Janata/EWS buyers all have options to choose from based on their budget and preference.
The wide price range makes this scheme attractive not just for luxury home buyers, but also for first-time buyers looking for affordable housing in the city.
Locations and Price Range of Flats
For HIG buyers, 15 flats are available in premium areas like Jasola, with prices starting from ₹2.14 crore.
SFS flats in Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, and Rohini are priced between ₹99 lakh and ₹1.21 crore.
MIG flats are available in areas such as Dilshad Garden and Jahangirpuri, with prices ranging from ₹53 lakh to ₹1.45 crore.
LIG flats are offered in Vikaspuri and Paschim Vihar, priced between ₹24 lakh and ₹1.23 crore.
For budget buyers, Janata and EHS category flats are available at prices starting from ₹10 lakh, going up to ₹55 lakh.
Parking Garages Also Up for Auction
For the first time, DDA has included car and scooter parking garages in its e-auction process.
This is a major relief for residents in crowded areas where parking is a constant issue.
Garages are available in locations like Ashok Vihar, Mall Road, Rohini, and Pitampura.
The reserve price ranges from ₹3 lakh to ₹15 lakh, depending on the location and type of garage.
How to Apply for the DDA E-Auction
To participate, applicants must pay a non-refundable registration fee of ₹2,500.
registration, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) must be submitted based on the property category.
The minimum EMD is ₹15 lakh for HIG, ₹10 lakh for MIG/SFS, and ₹2 lakh for LIG/Janata flats.
For parking garages, the EMD is ₹1 lakh for car parking and ₹50,000 for scooter parking.
The application process started on January 14, 2026.
Registration will close on February 13, and document submission is open until February 16.
Demo sessions to understand the bidding process will be held from February 20 to 22, followed by the main e-auction from February 23 to 27.
Interested buyers can apply and bid online through the official DDA website at eservices.dda.org.in.
