The Delhi Development Authority has given homebuyers another chance to secure a flat in the national capital.

After receiving strong public demand, the deadline for the Premium Housing Scheme 2026 has been extended.

Now, interested buyers can apply until February 20.

Big Opportunity for Homebuyers in Delhi

The scheme offers 582 flats across different categories, including HIG, MIG, LIG, Janta, and EHS.

These flats are located in various parts of Delhi, giving buyers multiple options based on their budget and needs.

The allotment will be done through an e-auction process.

This means buyers will have to bid online to secure a flat.

In addition to residential units, the scheme also includes car and scooter garages, making it more convenient for residents.

Why the Deadline Was Extended

The scheme was originally launched on January 6.

As the registration deadline approached, many residents requested more time to complete their applications.

Responding to these requests, the DDA decided to extend the last date so more people can participate in the e-auction.

Important Dates You Should Not Miss

To take part in the scheme, online registration must be completed by 6:00 PM on February 20.

After registration, final submission of applications can be done until February 23.

Applicants must also deposit the required earnest money within this period.

If you have been planning to buy a home in Delhi, this extension could be the extra time you needed.
