After government employees, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched its first major housing scheme of the year for the general public.

Under this scheme, homebuyers can get DDA flats at a 25% discount.

The scheme includes flats in all categories — HIG, MIG, LIG, and EWS — making it suitable for buyers from different income groups.

A total of 1,720 flats have been launched, mainly in Narela and Siraspur.

Most of the flats are located in Narela.
