French automaker Citroen has initiated pre-orders for the automatic version of the C3 Aircross, with the official launch scheduled for January 29, 2024.
Interested buyers can secure their bookings online or through authorized dealerships by paying a token amount of Rs 25,000.
Key Features and Trims:
The automatic version of the C3 Aircross will be available in two trims – Max and Plus, each offering a range of features.
Some notable features include a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support, a new 7-inch TFT display, reverse parking camera with sensors, roof-mounted rear AC vent, USB charging, rear wiper and washer, 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, front fog lamps, leather-wrapped steering wheel, leatherette upholstery on door armrest, height-adjustable headrest, and a rear center armrest with cupholders (in the 5-seater variant).
Powerful Performance:
The Citroen C3 Aircross is equipped with a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine paired with a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
This engine generates 109bhp power and 205Nm torque, providing a dynamic and efficient driving experience.
Interestingly, the torque in the automatic version has been increased from 190Nm to 205Nm compared to the manual variant.
Competition and Pricing:
In the competitive market, the Citroen C3 Aircross faces rivals such as Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, VW Taigun, Skoda Kushaq, Honda Elevate, Maruti Grand Vitara, and Toyota Hyrider.
The automatic version is expected to be priced approximately Rs 1 lakh higher than the manual variant, offering enhanced convenience and performance for discerning customers.
