Maruti Suzuki faced a decline in sales on both a yearly and monthly basis in August. However, there was some good news too.
In the sales chart shared by the company, the mid-size segment showed positive signs.
This included the luxury Ciaz sedan, which the company had already discontinued in April 2025.
Some Nexa dealers still had leftover stock of the Ciaz, but now that is also completely sold out.
The car’s name was missing from the company’s August sales report, confirming that it is now out of stock.
Earlier, Maruti had offered discounts of up to ₹50,000 on this sedan. Its starting ex-showroom price was ₹9.41 lakh.
