Ghaziabad Housing Development has reopened its Mandola Vihar housing scheme, offering vacant flats on a first-come, first-served basis.
This project started 15 years ago, but after the initial sales, interest had slowed.
Now, officials say this is a great chance for buyers, as prices here are much lower compared to other areas.
With a large number of flats available, buyers who register early are almost guaranteed to get a property.
Flats Available in Loni Area
The Mandola Vihar project in Loni offers around 4,000 flats in different sizes: one-BHK, two-BHK, and three-BHK.
Interested buyers can register easily through the Housing Development website.
The registration process began in October last year and will continue until March 31st.
Officials expect that the new Delhi-Saharanpur Expressway connectivity will boost sales, with over 1,000 flats likely to be sold soon.
Calls and inquiries have already started pouring in since the highway opened.
Property Prices and Options
The flats are priced between ₹30 lakh and ₹80 lakh, depending on size.
can choose from smaller flats or larger options measuring 60, 75, 112, and 162 square meters, priced between ₹29 lakh and ₹82 lakh.
So far, 600 registrations have been completed, and interest is expected to grow further due to the area’s proximity to Delhi and improved connectivity.
