The government has announced that 5.8 crore fake ration cards have been cancelled by the Food Ministry.

The Food Ministry of the Government of India has already informed all ration card holders about the requirement to complete e-KYC.

The government had set a deadline for ration card holders to complete the e-KYC process.

If you use a ration card, make sure to complete your e-KYC by 31st December 2025. Otherwise, your ration card may be cancelled.
