Recently, BSNL increased the daily data from 2GB to 2.5GB on three popular plans priced at Rs 347, Rs 485, and Rs 2399. Now, the company has announced additional data benefits on one more popular plan.
BSNL Rs 225 Plan Gets More Data for Limited Time
BSNL has increased the data benefits of its Rs 225 recharge plan. The company announced through its official Twitter handle that this plan now offers 3GB of daily data as a limited-time offer.
This special offer is available from December 24, 2025, to January 31, 2026, and customers can enjoy more internet data at no extra cost.
Total Data and Other Benefits of Rs 225 Plan
The BSNL Rs 225 plan comes with a validity of 30 days. Under this plan, customers get:
Unlimited voice calling to all networks
100 SMS per day
3GB daily data, which means a total of 90GB data during the entire validity period
Once the daily data limit is exhausted, the internet speed will be reduced to 40 Kbps.
Important Note About the Offer
Earlier, this plan offered 2.5GB daily data, totaling 75GB for 30 days. The extra data benefit is only valid during the offer period.
After January 31, 2026, the data benefit will return to the previous limit. Customers are advised to take advantage of this offer before it expires.
