Government-owned telecom provider BSNL has introduced several plans to rival private companies like Jio and Airtel.
Among these offerings, BSNL’s Rs 108 plan stands out for providing unlimited data and calls for 28 days at an affordable price.
BSNL Rs 108 Plan: Unlimited Calling and Data
BSNL’s Rs 108 plan offers a service validity of 28 days and includes unlimited voice calling along with 1GB data per day. However, it does not provide any SMS benefits.
Users will need to recharge separately for talktime to send SMS. Local SMS is charged at 80 paise per SMS, while national SMS costs Rs 1.20 per SMS.
Alternative BSNL Plans
Apart from the Rs 108 plan, BSNL offers other 28-day plans as well. One such plan is priced at Rs 107, which provides a validity of 35 days.
This plan includes 3GB of free data, 200 minutes of free voice calling, and BSNL tunes for the entire 35-day period. It is available in all telecom circles.
Comparison with Jio Plan
Private operators like Jio also offer plans with 28-day validity. However, their offerings differ in terms of pricing and benefits.
For instance, Jio’s 28-day plan is priced at Rs 209 and includes 1GB data and unlimited calls.
Additionally, subscribers to this plan gain access to Jio TV, Jio Cinema, and Jio Cloud services, enhancing their overall experience.
