How to activate?
To activate the service, send a message saying ‘ACTVOLTE’ to 53733 from your BSNL 4G or 5G SIM. Please note that this service is only available for BSNL 4G and 5G SIM cards.
If you’re using an older BSNL 2G or 3G SIM, you can upgrade to a 4G or 5G SIM for free by visiting your nearest BSNL customer service center.
What is VoLTE?
VoLTE stands for Voice over Long-Term Evolution, and it supports the 4G network. With this network, you can enjoy high-speed internet.
When using a smartphone with VoLTE, your internet speed will remain unaffected even when you receive a call.
What is LTE?
With this service, your smartphone uses 4G speed for internet, allowing you to enjoy high-speed bandwidth on the network.
The downside of this network is that if you’re using it on your smartphone and receive a call, the internet connection gets interrupted. To solve this issue, VoLTE technology has been introduced recently.
