BSNL has come up with a cost-effective way for its millions of users to keep their SIMs active throughout the year.
The state-owned telecom company is offering a prepaid plan with a validity of 365 days, which includes unlimited calling and free national roaming.
BSNL has been consistently launching budget-friendly plans, and recently, it has added millions of new users—creating strong competition for private telecom operators.
Details of the New 365-Day Plan
BSNL announced its new 365-day validity plan through its official X handle. The recharge plan is priced at Rs 2,399. It offers:
Unlimited calling across India
Free national roaming
2GB of high-speed data per day
100 free SMS daily
This prepaid plan is available for users in all telecom circles across the country.
Along with this, BSNL provides free access to BiTV with every plan. Through BiTV, users can watch over 350 live TV channels and enjoy access to multiple OTT apps.
Additional Affordable Plan and Upcoming Network Expansion
BSNL has also launched a cheaper prepaid plan priced at Rs 485, which comes with a 72-day validity. This plan includes:

100 free SMS per day
Unlimited calls across India
Free national roaming
In terms of network expansion, BSNL recently installed 100,000 new 4G towers across India and plans to install more soon.All its 4G towers are 5G-ready and built using indigenous technology.
The company is preparing to launch 5G services, which are expected to roll out in Delhi and Mumbai early next year.
