Government telecom company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is getting ready to launch a flash sale soon.
In this sale, customers may get exciting benefits such as free data, broadband offers, and special discounts.
Recently, BSNL also announced the launch of its 5G services, along with several new offerings over the past few months.
BSNL revealed this upcoming flash sale in a post on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter).
The teaser video in the post says, “Something big is about to be introduced! Are you ready to experience the unexpected?” However, the company has not yet shared the exact date of the sale.
In the same post, BSNL asked users to guess the kind of offers they might see—such as free data, broadband deals, or service discounts. These deals are expected to benefit BSNL subscribers directly.
BSNL Launches 5G Fixed Wireless Broadband
Just last week, BSNL launched its 5G Fixed Wireless Service, starting in Hyderabad, Telangana. This service is part of its new Quantum 5G line. For now, two plans are available:
₹999/month for 100 Mbps
₹1,499/month for 300 Mbps
In this setup, a modem is installed outside the customer’s home, and signals are delivered from the nearest base station—making the service wireless.
Importantly, no optical fiber cable is needed. While private telecom providers like Jio and Airtel have already launched 5G in many parts of the country, BSNL is now entering the race with this wireless broadband solution.
New SIM Card Home Delivery Service Launched
BSNL has also started a doorstep SIM card delivery service. Customers can now get a prepaid or postpaid SIM card delivered right to their home.
However, users must complete a self-KYC (Know Your Customer) process before the SIM is delivered.

With the flash sale on the horizon, the launch of 5G broadband, and the introduction of SIM delivery services, BSNL is clearly aiming to modernize and improve its customer experience across India.
