Belrise Industries Ltd, a Pune-based auto parts manufacturer, is all set to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on May 21.
The price band for the IPO has been set between ₹85 to ₹90 per share, and the lot size is 166 shares.
Through this IPO, the company aims to raise ₹2,150 crore by issuing 23.89 crore fresh shares. There will be no offer for sale (OFS) in this issue.
Anchor investor bidding will take place on May 20.
The IPO will close on May 23.
Allotment of shares will be finalized on May 26.
The stock is expected to be listed on BSE and NSE on May 28.
Only the Second Mainboard IPO in FY26
This will be the second IPO in the mainboard segment for the financial year 2025–26, following Ather Energy’s IPO.
The IPO is being managed by Axis Capital, Jefferies, HSBC Securities, and SBI Capital Markets. The registrar for the issue is Link Intime India Private Limited.
