The IPO market is gearing up for a busy week from January 12 to January 16, with several new issues opening for subscription and multiple companies set to make their stock market debut.
Both mainboard and SME IPOs will keep investors on their toes, while a few important listings will also grab attention.

Mainboard IPOs: One New Launch, One Ongoing Issue
In the mainboard segment, only one fresh IPO will open for subscription during the week.
At the same time, the Bharat Coking Coal IPO, which opened earlier, will continue to accept bids at the beginning of the week.
Amagi Media Labs IPO Opens for Subscription
Amagi Media Labs will be the only new mainboard IPO opening between January 12 and 16.
The IPO is a book-built issue worth Rs 1,788.62 crore, which includes a fresh issue of Rs 816 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 972.62 crore.
The price band has been fixed at Rs 343 to Rs 361 per share.
The IPO will open on January 13 and close on January 16, 2026.
Share allotment is expected on January 19, while listing on the BSE and NSE is likely on January 21.
SME IPOs: Five Issues Across Different Sectors
The SME segment will be quite active, with five IPOs opening during the week.
These issues cover multiple industries and include both fixed-price and book-built formats.
Narmadesh Brass Industries IPO will open on January 12 and close on January 15.
It is a fixed-price issue of Rs 44.87 crore, including a fresh issue of Rs 36.09 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 8.78 crore.
Avana Electrosystems IPO will also open on January 12 but will close earlier on January 14.
This is a book-built issue with a total size of Rs 35.22 crore.
GRE Renew Enertech IPO will open on January 13 and close on January 16.
The IPO is a book-built issue worth Rs 39.56 crore and consists entirely of a fresh issue.
The price band is set at Rs 100–105 per share.
INDO SMC IPO is another book-built SME issue opening on January 13.
The issue size is Rs 91.95 crore, fully made up of a fresh issue, with a price band of Rs 141–149 per share.
Armour Security IPO will open later in the week on January 14 and close on January 19.
This book-built issue is worth Rs 26.51 crore and is entirely a fresh issue.
IPO Listings to Watch Next Week
Along with new IPO launches, several companies are scheduled to list during the week.
Gabion Technologies will list on the BSE SME platform on January 13.
On January 14, Yajur Fibres will debut on BSE SME, while Victory Electric Vehicles is expected to list on the NSE SME platform.
The biggest day for listings will be January 16, when Bharat Coking Coal is set to make its stock market debut.
On the same day, Defrail Technologies will also list on the BSE SME platform.
