A great chance has emerged for those looking to purchase an affordable home in Jaipur. The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has launched three housing schemes today.
Online applications for these schemes are now open and will remain open until June 12.
A total of 765 plots are available under the Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati housing schemes, and allotment will be done through a lottery system.
How to Apply Online
To apply for the housing schemes, follow these steps:
Visit the official JDA website at jda.rajasthan.gov.in.
Under the “Residential Schemes” section, click on “Apply for Ganga,” “Apply for Yamuna,” or “Apply for Saraswati.”
Register by entering your name and mobile number, and verify using OTP.
Fill in the required details in the application form.
Pay the online registration fee and submit the form.

Ganga Vihar: Located 2.5 km from Jaipur-Agra Highway, behind the Krishi Anaj Mandi in Bassi, and near the Bassi Railway Station. The scheme will be accessible via a 30-meter wide road.
Yamuna Vihar: Situated in Kathawala, Chaksu tehsil, this scheme is 39 km from Jaipur Airport and is located near Tonk Road.
Saraswati Vihar: Located in the village of Bainadmay, Daulatpura. It is 3.4 km from the railway station and near the Daulatpura underpass, with Sikar Road being 6.1 km away.

Urban Development Minister Jhabar Singh Kharra recently launched these three new housing schemes.
Additionally, the foundation for five housing schemes by the Rajasthan Housing Board was laid. Registration is also open for housing schemes in Baran, Bundi, and Dholpur.
