Apple has introduced the 7th generation iPad Mini, now equipped with Apple Intelligence support.
This updated version comes with the powerful A17 Pro chipset, making it the first iPad Mini that can be used with the Apple Pencil Pro.
Apple has updated this model after a gap of three years, and it brings some exciting new features, including advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities.
One of the standout features is the inclusion of Apple Intelligence, which was also present in the iPhone 16 series.
Additionally, the base storage of the new iPad Mini starts at 128GB, a significant upgrade from the previous model’s 64GB.
Key Specifications of the New iPad Mini
The iPad Mini 7 is powered by the A17 Pro chipset, the same one used in last year’s iPhone 15 Pro.
It runs on iPadOS 18, supporting all Apple Intelligence features, including new writing tools and enhanced Siri support.
The device offers an all-day battery life, ensuring it can last through long usage periods.
The iPad Mini also boasts an 8.3-inch display and supports Wi-Fi 6E, which delivers twice the performance compared to the previous generation.
Improved Camera and Pricing Details
For photography enthusiasts, the iPad Mini features a 12MP rear camera with better dynamic range and a 12MP front camera.
It also includes SmartHDR 4 for enhanced document scanning.
Apple has launched the iPad Mini in three storage variants:
- 128GB: Rs 49,900
- 256GB: Rs 59,900
- 512GB: Rs 79,900
The iPad Mini is available in four color options: Blue, Violet, Starlight, and Space Grey.
