Apple is set to globally launch the new iPhone 16 series today, September 9. Although Apple has not officially revealed any details, rumors about the iPhone 16’s specifications
and pricing have been circulating. The launch event will begin at 10:30 PM Indian time, and it can be viewed live on Apple’s website, the Apple TV app, and YouTube.
The iPhone 16 series is rumored to include four models: iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max.
iPhone 16 Design (Rumored)
Leaked information suggests a new design for the iPhone 16 series, featuring a vertical camera setup, unlike the diagonal arrangement seen in the iPhone 15.
The Pro models are expected to retain the triple-camera setup from the previous generation.
Additionally, the iPhone 16 series may come in various colors, such as white, black, blue, green, and pink.

Display
The iPhone 16 series is expected to offer bigger screens compared to its predecessors.
The iPhone 16 Pro may have a 6.3-inch display, up from 6.1 inches, while the iPhone 16 Pro Max could grow from 6.7 inches to 6.9 inches.
There are also rumors that the new models will have thinner bezels.
Processor and Performance
Apple is likely to equip the iPhone 16 series with the A18 chip, offering faster performance.
All models in the lineup are expected to come with 8GB of RAM, supporting new Apple intelligence features.
Unlike previous generations, where base and Pro models had different chipsets, the iPhone 16 series will use the same A18 chip across all models.

The starting price of the iPhone 16 series is rumored to be $799 (approximately Rs 67,100) for the base iPhone 16 model. The iPhone 16 Plus may start at $899 (about Rs 75,500).
The iPhone 16 Pro’s 256GB variant is expected to be priced at $1,099 (around Rs 92,300), while the iPhone 16 Pro Max could start at $1,199 (approximately Rs 1,00,700).
Prices in India may be slightly higher compared to the US market.
