The company has launched a new service called ‘At-Home Diagnostics’, which is currently available in six major cities.

Book Tests via Amazon Website or App
Customers can book medical tests by visiting the ‘Diagnostics at Home’ section on Amazon’s website or mobile app.
Tied Up with Trusted Labs
Amazon has partnered with well-known NABL-accredited labs like Redcliffe Labs, Healthians, and Dr. Lal PathLabs to offer these services.
Home Sample Collection
A trained field agent or phlebotomist will come to the customer’s given address to collect the sample at the scheduled time.
Digital Test Reports
Test results will be sent digitally through Amazon’s Health Dashboard or by email, making them easy to view and share.

This service is currently available in the following six cities:

Hyderabad
Chennai
Kolkata
Amazon plans to expand this service to more cities soon. The aim is to make booking, sample collection, and test reporting simple and available from one platform.
Customers will also be able to access their digital health records easily, get reminder notifications, and track their test status.
